Skyl linserne underneath rindende vand. Hak lรธg, hvidlรธg, ingefรฆr, peberfrugt og gulerod. Varm olie op i en gryde og svits lรธg i cirka 3-Four minutter ved middel varme. Tilsรฆt ingefรฆr, hvidlรธg, gulerod og peberfrugt. Tilsรฆt alle krydderier, sรธdemiddel, linserne og Three kopper grรธntsagsbouillon eller vand. Deliver i kog og lad simre i cirka 10 minutter. Til sidst tilsรฆttes kokosmรฆlk og koges i yderligere 5 minutter eller indtil den รธnskede tykkelse af dahlen er nรฅet. Smag til med kind peber og salt. Smag til og juster krydderierne efter behov. Serveres lune med basmatiris, kartofler eller naan (fladbrรธd) og pynt med friske krydderurter. BEMรRK Du kan ogsรฅ bruge sรธd kartoffel eller grรฆskar i stedet for gulerod.
